All rents are paid by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month, irrespective of the time of moving in.

There is one acre of front lawn available for tenants use. There is ample parking for each apartment and a visitor's car park.
The rest of the building and grounds to the rear of the building are private and not for the use or recreation of tenants or its visitors.
